職責(zé)描述：
1、助保溫隊(duì)長做好保溫專業(yè)施工及分包隊(duì)伍管理工作；負(fù)責(zé)保溫施工安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和成本控制。
項(xiàng)目組施工計(jì)劃接收及分析，審核施工單位的施工計(jì)劃及人力計(jì)劃，評估是否可達(dá)成項(xiàng)目組施工計(jì)劃，要求施工單位人力及物力滿足項(xiàng)目施工需求，確保項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)按時(shí)完成。
Receiving and analysis of project construction plan, review the construction unit of construction plan and manpower planning, evaluate whether can reach the construction plan of the project, construction unit of human and material resources required to meet project construction requirements, to ensure production completed on time.
2、把控施工單位的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、環(huán)保、安全、文明施工等，對執(zhí)行不到位的要求及時(shí)整改，可根據(jù)管理規(guī)定進(jìn)行處罰，并對記錄進(jìn)行書面保存。
Controls the construction progress, quality, environmental protection, safety and civilized construction, timely rectification to the requirement of execution does not reach the designated position, can be punished according to regulations, and the records are written to save.
3、做好施工工序交接及技術(shù)交底，確保施工工藝無誤。
Do a good job in construction process, transfer and technical clarificaiton, make sure it is construction technology.
4、參照施工計(jì)劃核對庫存情況，對每周/月的施工材料使用做好把控，做好物資需求計(jì)劃，物資不足需提前申請，保證生產(chǎn)。
Check the inventory with reference to the construction plan, construction materials used for weekly/monthly well control, completes the material requirements planning, material shortage to apply, ensure the production.
5、監(jiān)督施工單位對材料使用和存儲的管理，杜絕浪費(fèi)降低成本，做到場地規(guī)劃合理、碼放整齊、消防設(shè)施齊全，保證物資安全。
Supervision and construction units on the material use and storage management, put an end to waste to reduce cost, achieve the site planning and reasonable, neat pattern, fire control facilities are complete, ensure the safety of the goods.
6、把控現(xiàn)場施工過程，加強(qiáng)施工單位自檢管理，確保施工質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)。
Meet the site construction process, in order to strengthen the management of construction unit self-check, ensure construction quality.
7、根據(jù)車間使用計(jì)劃，對施工進(jìn)度加強(qiáng)管理，及時(shí)檢驗(yàn)并協(xié)調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。
According to the workshop use plan, the construction progress to strengthen management, inspection and coordinate transfer in time.
8、檢查分包隊(duì)伍STA、JSA、PTW、PPE的佩戴、火種及非防爆通訊工具的儲存，做好日常施工巡查，對不合格區(qū)域及時(shí)整改。每周組織施工單位負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行施工檢查，針對問題形成記錄，要求施工單位及時(shí)整改并反饋。
Check the subcontract team STA, JSA, PTW, PPE wearing, the storage of fire and explosion proof communication tools, daily patrol construction, timely rectification of unqualified area. Conduct construction check, head of the organization construction unit, in view of the problem form records, construction units required rectification and feedback in time.
9、按時(shí)提交日報(bào)/周報(bào)/月報(bào)。
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on time.
11、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)解決分包商的生產(chǎn)需求，風(fēng)、水、電、車間、工件、物料倒運(yùn)等資源
Responsible for coordinating to solve the subcontractor's production requirements, and the wind, water, electricity, workshop, artifacts, such as material whilst resources

較豐富的海洋工程相關(guān)知識，熟悉舾裝保溫相關(guān)規(guī)范（中級）；
